At Mobexpert, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original box and protective materials to ensure it remains undamaged during the transit process.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our specialized white-glove team will contact you to coordinate a convenient pickup time at your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods at the warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
